Antonio Scarabosio

Antonio Scarabosio is a qualified accountant and auditor with a degree in business & administration from Turin University. He specializes in merchant banking at Bocconi University in Milan. For 5 years, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Transactional Services Department located in London and Milan. After he joined Professor Gianni Zandano, former President of Sanpaolo Bank, they established the merging and acquisition firm, Zandano & Partners. From 2003 to 2010, Scarabosio was appointed head of corporate finance of Banca Intermobiliare, an independent private and investment bank listed at the Milan Stock Exchange. He joined EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory in 2011 where today he is a Partner, and managed a significant number of merger and acquisition deals with industrial and private equity funds. He has been involved in IPOs (initial public offerings) and other transactions with companies such as PPOs and capital increase.  In addition, he has worked with important Italian entrepreneurs and their families with grand transactions, such as family buyouts.
