Giuseppe R. Grasso

Giuseppe R. Grasso is a certified public accountant with an economics degree from Parma University. He specializes in business law and is widely experienced in tax and accounting consultancy, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and control, company evaluation, and merger and acquisition transactions. Grasso’s practices include financial planning for SMEs (European Monetary Systems) and other corporate groups both in Italy and internationally. He is today co-CEO of Equita Mid Cap Advisory, a company specialised in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition advisory and Corporate Finance, that he co‑founded in 1999 and is part of EQUITA Group since 2020. Grasso is also a founding partner of Clairfield International, a partnership between merger and acquisition international firms throughout Europe, the Americas and Pacific.
