Paola Riviello

Paola Riviello joined EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory in July 2025, where she supports M&A execution and financial analysis across a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory, Paola worked as a business consultant at JELU Consulting, where she developed business plans and financial forecasts for startups and SMEs, conducted equity valuation, capital budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
She gained further exposure to venture capital through working with Aeterna Venture, the first student-led association in Italy focused on the VC sector. During her academic career, she also studied at EDHEC Business School in Nice as part of an international exchange programme.
Paola holds a degree in economics and management and a masters in corporate finance from Luiss Guido Carli University.
