Ciemme Impianti
Ciemme Impianti

Gruppo Everest, an Italian industrial platform backed by VAM Investments and specializing in the construction of technological systems, continues its growth through the acquisition of Ciemme Impianti, a company specializing in the construction and installation of industrial plumbing and technological systems. The acquisition is part of Gruppo Everest’s broader growth strategy, which, with the addition of Corna Impianti and Project Group, has expanded the Group’s portfolio to ten companies in less than a year since its founding. The transaction helps strengthen the Group’s expertise in industrial mechanical systems, in line with its strategy of bringing together highly specialized companies in the construction of complex technological systems.

Ciemme Impianti was advised as financial advisor by the Mid Cap Advisory team of EQUITA, the Italian partner of Clairfield International, Eversheds Sutherland served as legal advisor and Russo De Rosa Associati and Studio Andrea Barone handled the tax aspects. Gruppo Everest was advised by Fineurop Soditic as financial advisor, by DWF on legal matters, by KPMG for financial due diligence, by Legance - Avvocati Associati for tax due diligence and transaction structuring, by A&F (Advisory & Finance) for labor law due diligence, and by ERM for ESG due diligence.

“The addition of Ciemme Impianti, Corna Impianti, and Project Group represents a key milestone in our growth journey. This allows us to strengthen our offering by balancing photovoltaics and industrial plant engineering, the two pillars around which we bring together Italy’s entrepreneurial excellence, providing them with resources and a shared vision. With a workforce of approximately 500 employees and financial performance that projects pro forma revenue to exceed 150 million euros by 2025, and with strong growth expected for 2026, Gruppo Everest is already establishing itself as a leading player nationwide, and we see strong growth potential in plant renovation, including both new construction and retrofits, in both the civil and industrial sectors.”, commented Alessandro Zunino, Founder and CEO of Gruppo Everest.

Ivan Calvi, founder of Ciemme Impianti, stated: “We are very pleased to join an industrial group that is deeply committed to leveraging the expertise and entrepreneurial spirit of its individual companies, while also creating opportunities and synergies among them. We feel strong and confident as we look to the future.”
