Bianalisi acquired 100% of San Cristoforo, a diagnostic and therapeutic clinic from the current shareholders.

San Cristoforo’s shareholders were assisted by Equita K Finance (Clairfield Italy) as financial advisor and by Russo De Rosa Associati for the legal, contractual and tax aspects. Bianalisi was assisted by Deloitte for the financial due diligence, by the law firm Orrick and by Nctm Studio Legale for the tax due diligence.

Thanks to Bianalisi’s entry into the capital, San Cristoforo will continue its growth.

Alberto Cominotti, the majority shareholder of San Cristoforo Medical Centre, says, with reference to the transaction: “After having considered the choice for a long time – and not without deep emotion – I have decided to sell my participation in San Cristoforo to a recognised and important operator in the industry for whom I have sincere esteem and who I am sure will guarantee an even richer future for the company I have developed thanks to the precious contribution of all the employees, doctors and collaborators”.

Established in the ‘70s, San Cristoforo (www.sancristoforo.it) is a diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient clinic that operates both privately and with the national health service. It offers various medical services: radiology, outpatient services, check-ups, physiotherapy and diagnostics. In 2019 it achieved a turnover of Euro 3 million. 

Established in the ‘70s in Lissone, Bianalisi (www.bianalisi.it) is today the main Italian-owned company operating nationwide in the field of laboratory analysis and personal diagnostic services both privately and with the national health service. Bianalisi has grown significantly both internally and through acquisitions and today it is present in 9 Italian regions with over 300 facilities including analysis laboratories, sampling points, outpatient clinics and diagnostic imaging facilities.
