Customs Support, the leading digital customs broker in Europe, part of Castik Capital portfolio companies, announces the acquisition of Mediterranean Customs Services (M.C.S.).

Customs Support has been assisted as financial advisor by Equita K Finance – Italian partner of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group – and by Clairfield Germany. Law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted on the legal aspects.In addition, Custom Support has been assisted by Deloitte for financial, tax and payroll due diligence and by Studio Armella & Associati for customs due diligence.
The shareholders of Mediterranean Customs Services have been assisted by Quantico Advisory, by the Law Firm Studio Pennacino on the legal and customs aspects and by Studio Rag. Capitano Salvatore Fabrizio on tax aspects.
