SIMA ITA has acquired 100% of Gemini RX, one of the most renowned facilities of excellence in diagnostics in the province of Brescia (Italy).

The shareholders of Gemini RX were assisted as financial advisor by Equita K Finance, member of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group, while for legal and contractual aspects by Alberto Calvi di Coenzo of Avvocatidiimpresa. SIMA ITA was assisted by Chiomenti Studio Legale for legal and contractual aspects.

The owners of Gemini RX, declared about the transaction: “After having pondered the choice for a long time- and not without deep emotion- we have decided to sell Gemini RX to a recognized and important international player in the sector who, we are certain, will ensure an even more prosperous future for the medical facility we have built thanks to the valuable contribution of all employees, doctors and collaborators.”

Active in the market for more than forty years, Gemini RX is a diagnostic center that operates both privately and under accreditation with the National Health Service and represents a point of reference in diagnostics in the province of Brescia. Thanks to state-of-the-art technological equipment, the center offers more than 250 different types of different specialized diagnostic examinations (including, in particular, MRI, CT, traditional and dental radiology), performing more than 200 thousand visits per year.
Gemini RX ended 2022 with a turnover of more than 13 million euros and with 75 employees, collaborators and doctors. Following SIMA ITA acquisition, the center will further continue its growth path.
