EQUITA advised Gruppo Eredi Campidonico
Eredi Campidonico S.p.A. has sold its EC Rete branch of business, which includes 22 service stations based in Piedmont, to Retitalia S.p.A.
The sale of these 22 plants is part of Eredi Campidonico’s strategy to focus its activity on energy services to residential and commercial customers in the North-West, while for Retitalia represents a strengthening of its distribution network in Northern Italy.
Gruppo Eredi Campidonico was assisted by EQUITA K Finance (Clairfield Italy), part of EQUITA Group, as financial advisor, by the law firm Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria for the legal aspects and by Studio Zucchetti of Turin for the accounting, civil and tax aspects.
