Renal is a real estate Company with Euro 60 MM of assets under management, consisting of both commercial and residential buildings. The Company generates Euro 3 MM revenues from renting activity and has a financial debt of Euro 20 MM. K Finance has advised Renal in a debt restructuring transaction, negotiating a 20-year loan of Euro 18,8 MM financed by Fortis Bank which has replaced the whole existing financial debts the Company had with other eight banking institutes. The transaction has allowed the Company both to extend the repayment period of the financial debt and to decrease its cost.
