Elettra Investimenti S.p.A., an industrial holding company operating nationwide in the electricity and thermal power generation sector, listed on the AIM Italia market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., acquires 100 percent of the share capital of Tholos S.r.l. from Dromos Holding S.r.l.

Tholos and Dromos were assisted by the financial advisor K Finance, partner of Clairfield International, in the persons of Partner Antonio Scarabosio, manager Maximiliano Turelli and analyst Stefano Libera, while the law and tax firm Russo De Rosa e Associati handled the legal aspects, all contractual matters with partner Avv. Gianmarco Di Stasio and Avv. Alessandro Manico while Dr. Alberto Russo handled the tax aspects.

Elettra investimenti was assisted by Studio Grimaldi for legal (Avv. Salvatore Grimaldi) and tax aspects (Dr. Riccardo Salvatori), by BDO (Dr. Fabio Carlini) for accounting and administrative aspects and by MPS Capital Services (Dr. Paolo Panariello) as financial advisor.

Tholos operates in the energy efficiency sector, so-called "white economy"; since 2005 it has been certified EsCo to support and sustain companies that adopt efficient technological solutions, promotes and finances energy efficiency interventions using its own economic resources with guaranteed result in terms of savings through the Energy Performance Contract - (EPC) formula. In terms of Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE) issued, Tholos is the 5th EsCo operating in Italy. The turnover is about 13 million euros.
