Mid Industry Capital purchased 100 percent of Mar-Ter Spedizioni from the ´Wisequity II & Macchine Italia´ fund (managed by Wise SGR).

K Finance served as advisor to Wise SGR.

The value of the transaction is approximately Euro 35MM. The 2009 turnover was Euro 27MM with an Ebitda of 24%. Mid Industry Capital is a listed investment company whose ´mission´ is to buy small and medium-sized companies with a turnover of between Euro 25MM and Euro 300MM. It was assisted in this transaction as legal advisor by Dewey & Lebeouf. Wise SGR specializes in managing closed-end private equity funds that invest in small and medium-sized companies, with a particular focus on Italy. It currently manages three funds, ´Wisequity I´, ´Wisequity II & Macchine Italia´ and ´BPM Private Equity´.
