Filippo Guicciardi

Filippo Guicciardi holds a degree in Economics from Milan's Bocconi University. After gaining experience in a first-rate multinational auditing company, he worked for a Milan consulting company. 

In 1999 he co-founded K Finance, now EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory, of which he is CEO. EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory is today one of the main Italian M&A and Corporate Finance boutiques, part of EQUITA Group. Filippo, among others, closed transactions in the industrial sectors, business services and consumer goods.

In 2004 he founded with other partners from various countries Clairfield International, of which he is a member of the Board and CFO, that today has more than 25 offices in the world, one of the main worldwide M&A Partnerships, gaining a lot of experience in cross-border deals. He has also developed a deep knowledge of the Private Equity industry, working with all the main players as clients or counterparts.

Since 2024 he is the President of the M&A Committee of AIFI, the Italian Association for Private Equity and Venture Capital, being also the author of numerous books on Corporate Finance.
