Luca Pasqualotto

Luca Pasqualotto graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Padua, with international experience at Boston University and obtained the Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
Luca worked for approximately 3 years as a business consultant at KPMG Advisory and another 3 years as an investment analyst at the private equity fund Cape Natixis, participating in over 10 leverage buyout transactions in Italian SMEs.
In 2008 he joined Halldis, an Italian leader in the management of residential properties: here he developed a business unit dedicated to flexible offices/coworking, which grew in just a few years from zero to 10 million euros in turnover. In 2016 the business unit, through a spinoff, became an independent company - Copernico - continuing to grow to over 25 million euros in turnover, 100,000 sqm of properties managed, 1,000 customers and 100 employees. In 2021 Copernico, of which Luca was CEO, was taken over by IWG (Regus), the first global operator in the sector, accompanying the post-M&A transition until 2022.
Thanks to his experience gained in over 20 years as a business consultant, professional in the private equity sector, entrepreneur and top manager, in 2022 Luca took over the family business advisory firm based in Padua to start his own M&A consultant business.
Since 2024 Luca Pasqualotto has been collaborating with EQUITA Mid Cap Advisory as Senior Advisor to develop territorial coverage.
