Customs Support Group (CSG), Europe’s leading independent customs and trade solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of Servizi Doganali Srl, a specialized customs brokerage firm based in Livorno, Italy. This strategic acquisition further reinforces CSG’s presence in one of Europe’s most critical ports for perishable goods, further solidifying its role as the go-to partner for seamless cross-border operations.

Customs Support was assisted as financial advisor by the Mid Cap Advisory team of EQUITA - the Italian partner of Clairfield International. The legal aspects were followed by DLA Piper.
