EQUITA assisted EDIF
The shareholders of EDIF S.p.A. have sold a majority stake to Megawatt Group, a leading operator in the electrical equipment distribution market in Southern and Central Italy.
In this transaction, the shareholders of EDIF S.p.A. were assisted by Equita K Finance, the Italian partner of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group, for the legal part by Russo De Rosa Associati and for the fiscal and accounting part by Mr Francesco Cittadini.
The operation is part of the growth strategy launched by the Marigliano family in central/southern Italy with the aim of substantially expanding the reference market and guaranteeing more services and higher quality, consolidating the already solid current competitive positioning.
